Hi Annie,
The 3-30 is a great boat. I have owned Nemesis, hull # 127, since 1994, and have sailed it a bunch. Since it is my boat, and my wife's Nemesis, most of my sailing has been single handed, including an 1100 mile circumnavigation of Vancouver Island in 2013. I wish you luck with your sale.
