ISO oil dipstick location on Westerbeke 30

I have the Westerbeke 30 (Four-91) with the Paragon V drive on my 1978 Cal 34-III.

I cannot find the darn oil dipstick! Helen and Ed came by and thought I was nuts, but they couldn’t find it either. The closest thing is this place where the nut is in the photo. Maybe someone removed it? So weird.
