Hi all!

The time has come to part with my Cal 20. I have had her for 8 years now. We are moving in a few weeks and will not have a location to keep her anymore. She is currently located in San Diego Bay. Needs new rigging eventually (one shroud needs replacement, rest are decent but has been 10 years), Ullman sails in good condition, dry inside and keel bolts are stainless with no signs of wear or corrosion. Bottom cleaned professionally every 4 weeks since I purchased her. Painted topside 3 years ago. Bottom paint in good condition per divers report. Has custom well cover and some race modifications. If you are interested please let me know. I do not have a trailer for this boat, she’s been in the water the entire time.

Photos are from a year or so ago, and if interested I can get you current photos and a video in and out easily. We liveaboard in the marina and boat is not far :)

Good looking boat! I love my Cal 20 (1967 model, #1220) and would refer others to you except that you're kinda far from Michigan!

So what are you asking for your Cal 20? Is that the Chula Vista Marina? Will they continue to lease a slip? Cost of the slip for a Cal 20?

Forgive me if this is a duplicate reply. I do not see that my original reply posted

Yes it is at the California Yacht Marina Chula Vista. I am not sure the slip fee as I liveaboard and they discount second boats. I pay approximately $155/month for it. They have many small open slips and I doubt it would be a problem to keep it here, though they may move it to another location in the marina (everyone wants this slip lol)
I have not determined a selling price and am willing to consider all fair offers. Please keep in mind there is no motor with this (we split the motor between this and our dinghy, so we will be keeping it)

Thank you for your questions. If you need more information, I would be happy to provide it.
Sincerely
Denise
