The time has come to regretfully move on and find a new port for my 1974 CAL 229. Hull ID CAB265670374. Boat is currently on the hard at our boat club in Stratford CT. Boat is seaworthy but is in need of some TLC, a perfect boat for someone who is handy. Boat has an M25 Universal diesel. Rigging, mast, sails are good. Main w/ roller furled 150 genny. Cabin cushions were replaced last year. Has Garmin GPS and a Raymarine autohelm. Sadly asking $2,500, OBO
Our club has scheduled June 6th for launching members boats. With the right deal and adequate lead-time, I'll prep the boat, launch it and step the mast. It will be all set to sail away.
