Mark- Well, for us it is an issue of having the crane at the yard un-step and re-step the mast...which, of course we have to pay for, as well as storage on the rack. On a 22 footer, you can pretty much do it yourself. It's down this year because of the lightning strike. We last had it down in 2002, and will probably have it pulled again in 2 or 3 years.
