Cal 28 1965 Opportunity

Hi Cal fans. I have an opportunity to pick up Cal 28 that appears to be in great condition, and 'fullllly' equipped. for a very resonalble price. Hard to resist. Any thoughts about this boat? It's an outboard version. Is running the engine in the well a problem? My guess is you can't get the prop out of the water unless you pull the engine out, that is, you cant just rotate the lower end up, like a Catalina 27, right? How does she sail relative to her 192 rating, I wonder? Any feedback appreciated.
