Sounds like a spectacular piece of property, but then again Vashon still does have a lot of them. Since Bainbridge Island made the number 2 spot in Money magazine's recent "Best Places to Live" edition, prices have been escalating even more than they were here (which was already a lot!). That's the thing about living on an island - it's got a relatively finite amount of available (and buildable) property.
