Several newly upgraded boats have new stem fittings, including Illusion and Seafire. If I ever get around to posting some pics, I'll include some of Seafire. He has a great big windlass arrangement and obviously uses it a lot. He even has his batteries amidships for the windless. Dancing Bear is an Alaska boat and maybe doesn't anchor much. When we did the deck on my boat, I took all cleats off and have only a pad eye forward. I may put a large centerline cleat or use another way to fasten a mooring line.
