Hi, Trey. They do not exist any more. No matter. We have worked out a
bunch of ways to repair the boats and to make them stronger in critical
areas. Do you have specific questions?

Thanks,

Hi, folks. Roger Jones can correct me if I am wrong (Roger worked for Jensen), but I believe that after 35 years, the copyright is no longer meaningful (Jensen has sadly been gone for about 30 years). Anyway, the sales brochure tells you next to nothing about the boat's construction. It certainly has no "plans". There are some rig items, but it won't tell you how to redeck the boat, replace the mast beam, the proper caulking points, or any such things. They did not know the failure modes at the time. Many parts are not available. We fake it... and very well. There are big fleets of CAL 25s racing in a number of areas. I have just (almost) finished rebuilding one that is almost 40 years old. She is race worthy, but lacks some amenitries. We teach ourselves how to do it.
Cheers
Charlie

I have a set that was tucked in the original owners manual for my new 1970 Cal 25, but I recall someone saying they're copyrighted. What information are you looking for? (Aside from the copyright issue, they're extremely fragile and printed on light-sensitive paper; I don't think a copy or being shipped somewhere would be a good idea.)
If there's a way to get the information you need, I'm glad to help out.

Hi
Yeah I have a lot of stuff I'm doing to the boat most of it I figured out a
plan for but I can't figure out how to make a new sliding hatch cover
(that's waterproof) It had a crappy wood cover that wasn't very well
constructed and dry rotteb. Any help would be greatly apprectiated.
thanks
