By 3" flex coupler you mean the one between the prop shaft and the
transmission, they're about $300 from PRP.
If you're running the Farymann, be sure to check the bushings on the
transmission and replace those if needed (abt $51 @ PRP), or youi'll
just be replacing the coupling again. You'll also want to make sure
that the flanges on the tranny and prop shaft are clean and free of
rust, or you'll just be replacing the coupler again about three
years later....

mine was about $110 from Hansen Marine. Guess it depends upon what you
need.

John,
I got the 3" Flex Coupler from PRP. Thanks for the lead. Unfortunately, when I left my boat last weekend I forgot to grab one of the screws to attach it to the prop. I want to use new screws, but can't check them because they're about 5 hrs away.
Does anyone know what size screws should used to attach the 3" Flex Coupler on a Faryman 12 to the transmission and to the prop shaft?
Thanks,
Ed Hall

Glad I could help, Ed. I'm pretty sure that the bolts are 10mm x
1". You might want to try giving Ralph at PRP a call. I'm sure
that he'd be a quick response. :)

Happy to help, Ed. Give Ralph at PRP a call back. He should be
able to give you the exact, but I believe that the bolts are 10mm x
1".
