Cal25 -- a lot of play in the rudder

I have a lot of play in the rudder in my Cal 25. I recorded video of the rudder while under way. It's 5.8MB, so I'll understand if not everybody downloads the video. http://www.iveylaw.com/Jim/Sammie/mvi_0098.avi My own rough estimate is that the top of the post where the tiller attaches has about a half inch of play, rocking back and forth about a half inch in total movement.
