Sandiego sailing to San Diego anchoring Please read this!

This is not an alarmist viewpoint. The last free anchorage in California is in need of help the Harbor police wich are employed by the almighty "Port of San Diego" a non profit corporation and the main source of revenue for South Bay Boat Salvage (I smell RICO act) selectivly board vessels without warrents impound vessels without following proper procedure towing vessels without proper certification and transporting passengers without proper certification. The Harcor patrol has been put in charge of eliminating selectivly the A-8 anchorage to make way for the proposed Charger stadium and new Bay front plan in any other case that would be fine but blatent disregard for due process and civil rights not to mention that the city of San Diego DOES NOT own the waters. The anchorage is a on the water comunity located on federal waters NOT SAN DIEGO Maritime law civil right harrasment illegal search and siezure You may say well i have a slip in the locale marina so it wont affect me, but it will I am looking for some help wether it be donation to pay for filing fees or legal advice Sunday afternoon I had sold a ski boat to a friend he put it in the water at the Navy owned ramp and the registration was overdue but if the vessel is used on the water the new owner has 10 days to get the vessel transfered and up to date along comes the Harbor police and after the officer was politly reminded about the ten days they looked at each other and then they spent 45 minutes looking thru the books trying to find a way to impound the ski boat I recieved the ticket and later that night I was in the parking lot checking my email on my laptop when National city police was rousting the parking lot so they ran my name thru the computor (2nd time in one day)so I got into the dingy and headed out again here comes Harbor patrol they stopped me for no reason and ran my name again when all i wanted to do was get to my boat. send me an email for more ifo on the A-8 atrocities Thanks Mike
