A shorter foot won't increase weather helm. It will just act like a small reef. >So we bought the sail anyway. He agreed he would do > the same in our position. Traded for an anchor roller for the bow (Don't tell my son.). I take junk in there and trade for other stuff. We got a new spinnaker pole there last year. I had to shorten it a foot. > > Oh, yeah. No problem. Sounds like a switch to the cruising track, which relieves me of any wetsanding responsibility. Racing? I'm down with OPB (Other Peoples' Boats) Mike Kennedy Jr. Cal 40 #96

The spinnakers were Ullman rejects, not the newer ones. I wonder where he is wet sanding ? I haven't seen any. Mike Kennedy Sr. > > Mike Kennedy Jr. > Cal 40 #96 >
