Where in California are you? I might have just discovered the ultimate father's day present! - Louis, 1964 Cal20, hull number 343 From: Dave Tice <da… [at] sbcglobal.net> To: Ca… [at] yahoogroups.com Sent: Thursday, May 31, 2007 7:15:18 AM Subject: [Cal_Boats] Re: eBay ad for Cal 2-29 Hey Marsh, Kills me too. I wish that I could drop it in a slip next to my other boat. Would that be great or what !!! Unfortunatly one has to go. Heck I payed 1500.00 cash for the darn thing. My wife says I need to watch my money a little better. As far as the trailer goes. It is home built, but, very sturdy. It has one flat out of the four. I found a source to buy four newer that will fit right on for a hundred bucks. Some bearing grease and another load strap. That should do it. I do not want to emply any warentee, but I would go for it. You know, Guarnteed around the world or out the driveway. Which ever comes first. I was hoping that someone local would pick it up and we all could cruise together. Either way I have to let it go. It is costing me monthly storage fee in the mean time.
