One of my neighbours in the marina replaced his large portlights on his Cal30 with huge thick lexan; it appears to be through bolted all around, but I haven't been inside to see how the rest was done. Oh you're in San Pedro too! We're all neighbours! Those newfound metals ones are seriously gorgeous though. There is nothing wrong with mine, and I'm still tempted! I was thinking if one was to buy the plexy or lexon a little thicker, it could be routed on a table deep enough so the material actually extends flush inside of the cabin. Then maybe a little caulking or beading to trim it out. Any one like to comment? I remember a discussion for a supplier but have been unable to locate the string. Can anyone remember the suppliers name?
