Cal 29 #154 for sale

Hello listers, It kills me to write this but I am forced to leave the west coast to head back east to care for a parent and dont think i can substantiate the costs of taking her back there with me (where she was originally). She was a fresh water boat? a 1970 cAL 29 until 2004, so she has 'Half life" as i am fond of saying - out of the water an covered half her life. Despite that I have done extensive work to her, whole new port side bulkheads and cabinet, new cabin roof top core, new hull paint, running rigging, A-4 that runs like a top, bottom just redone in 2006, blister free, beam is solid, and way?too much more to mention here. I have at least $18,000 into her on top of what i paid. we all know we never get it back because we do it for other reasons! She is sweet, and looking to get 13,000.
