Garmin makes the Nuvii, is that a little more “nautical” for you?
I wonder if they are working on the software?
Wouldn’t it be a little more appropriate for a nice female voice to say “approaching marker red 32” than the annoying “beep, beep, beeeeeeep” and having to change screen view to a message screen?
They have the technology, the market is much lower than the bazillion automobiles on the road. Maybe out for the next boat show. I bet they would out sell the non charting GPS models!
