Does any one have photos Of Dreaded beam repair on cal 2-30?

I am under taking a repair of the galvanized beam beneath the mast
compression post.Any suggestions or photos appreciated. Also bulkhead
and chainplate repairs.

What is the configuration of the 2-30 beam? I have pictures of 29 and
3-30 beam jobs, and in fact I have a spare 3-30 beam made of 316L
sitting in my studio... I made 5 of them once upon a time... and I
have one left. I also made 5 of the 29 beams but they are all gone....
Does it look like one of these?
The 1st picture is the 3-30, the second picture fits the 29 and the
2-29.

FWIW, I have one of Alan's beams in Nemesis. It is a piece of art, and shouldn't be covered by the floor pan. He was very helpful in providing me installation pictures and explanations. I saw a 29 beam that was made by a local fab shop, and there was simply no comparison. Quality tells
