Reg, watch out for shape and curvature limitations.
The place I've dealt with is Mark Plastics in Corona, CA. Mark Heacox.
He has a lot of templates,
but the frames are plastic (if that is an issue).
Cheers
Charlie

Thanks, Charlie. The Motion Windows firm says their curved windows have a 2 3/4" radius at the corners and should fit a 2 1/2 to 3" radius cutout.
My observation of the cutouts for the fixed ports of our T/2 was the cutouts were not very uniform or close fitting for the windows inserted. I think I would order new windows just a little bigger and cut the opening to correct size and shape.
Haven't decide what to do yet and whether to use plastic or aluminum. All thoughts and input would be appreciated.

Hi Reggie,
I would definitly give Mark at Mark Plastics a call.
I just purchased a replacement portlight from and it's
just like the original on my 1975 Cal 2-34. You will
also have the option of getting metal frames. Mark is
really great to work and very customer oriented.
