Cal 31 configuration

As they say, "Pics or it didn't happen." I've posted several pictures of my boat's waste bin and bilge in the photo section under 'Cal 31 Melantho', since it shows how some of the Cal 31s are different. The bilge picture is shot looking forward, and shows the 2 transverse stringers. The waste bin pics show a piece of trim damaged. Originally the bin had too pins on either side providing the pivot. Either the previous owners thought it too inconvenient (since you couldn't remove the bin to access stuff behind it) or they experienced a bad lurch and banged into it. Jack
