Advice for Cal 39 owner

Hi. My name is Susan and I have a 1979 Cal 39 in the Long Beach area. To keep a long story short, I bought the boat a year ago and I need to sell it. I moved to California a couple of years ago and it seemed like a good idea (at the time) to immerse myself in sailing and live aboard at the same time. Unfortunately, my work and travel means that owning a boat has become more of a burden than a pleasure. I haven't been able to sail as much as I would like, or learn as much about the boat and sailing as I need to. I'd like to sell the boat myself and not involve a broker if at all possible. I know this is going to require a lot of time and energy and I'm hoping that some members of the Cal community may have some suggestions on how to proceed. Any advice would be much appreciated.
