Hi Glen: I replaced my vinyl headliner 3 years ago. I ripped out the old headliner (first pic with the middle down but vinyl still in place around the windows), installed strapping and painted the interior with Brightside (Pic 2), and repaneled with textured fiberglass panels from HD (3 and 4). The panels are held up with velcro. Still looks great.
