I use the PHRF site.
Our So Cal site gives ratings by manufacture. It also has a non spin off set rating by manufacture.
My CAL 29 is rated at 177 cause of aversided spin and my off set is 17.

once upon a time, there was a list available on the internet which specified the suggested time differential between racing with a spinnaker versus white sails only. It was a long list of boats by brand and size with the differential for each. cannot find it any more. anyone out there know wher it is?

Can I assume that this number is used when a spin boat is racing against
a non-spin boat in a race (as opposed to the PHRF non-spin rating that
is applied - I believe - for when all boats are non-spin in a race)?
Cheers

yes!..........I think.
I believe my spinaker rating is 198 and non-spin is 213, giving a spinnaker rating offset of 15.
it appears we are first or second for our Tuesday night series this year, first for the Friday night series this year, and took second in our fleet last weekend at a local regatta. Go T/2! and we're still "Knot Ready"!

non-spinnaker offset (Reg)
Husar, Charlie [USA]2008-09-03 16:00 UTC
Reg, I believe a non-spin rating and a spinnaker offset are two
different things. This is a faith-based statement.
