If no one has the dimensions of the sheave, I happen to have one down at the boat that I can digitally measure. I had a problem where the main halyard had jumped across the divider between the two and the rigging tech talked me into having a slightly smaller diameter installed to create a greater height to eliminate the tendency for the halyard to jump across. When I bought the boat, the main halyard used to get randomly stuck, I found that if I loosened the jib halyard that the main would come down much easier. No one seemed to figure out what the problem was, then the rigger went up the mast and found it crossed up. Bringing in the Sheaves

Be careful in that the sheaves may be different sizes. On the 25 the aft main sheave is larger to keep the main headboard away from the mast.
