I can give you a tour of my big boat, our local schooner, if you have time. There's a new brew pub right behind my office too. I was off at a planning committee meeting last night, trying to fight off a hotel project that will turn the "trendy warehouse district" ("trendy" came along many years after my office arrived) into a developer's hotel project.
