If the hull is in good shape with no leaks from the deck, this looks like a good liveaboard in hard times at 10,500 dollars asking price.

Wow! She sure looks pretty! I almost wish we could rescue her. (I'm a
sucker for stray dogs too.) Anyway, I think she'd be a good investment.
I hope somebody gets her that gives a damn and knows how to have fun.
