I just replaced the deadlights on Magic. I ordered them from Mark Plastics. I opted for smoked tempered glass. They fit perfectly. I highly recommend them. --Michael-- sv Magic, Cal 2-27 Pompano Beach, FL --- On Wed, 6/17/09, Husar, Charlie [USA] <hu… [at] bah.com> wrote: From: Husar, Charlie [USA] <hu… [at] bah.com> Subject: RE: [Cal_Boats] Window/portlite replacement was: Sliding mirrors To: Ca… [at] yahoogroups.com Date: Wednesday, June 17, 2009, 2:49 PM Jerry, contact our man Mark Heacox at Mark Plastics in Corona. I have some wonderfully marbleized portlites in my Cal24..been that way since I bought her in 96 and have planning on replacing them. But which is best, lastest longing in uv, acrylic or lexan? How thick need it be? I think the ones on the boat are 1/8th inch, but the ones on MacGregors look a lot thicker. I'm also leaning towards tinted material that would give privy see. I've got five portlites to replace, me boat has a front-lite too on the doggie house. Jerry Shpritz, Cal 24 Oldie # 71
