My uncontrollable excitement and wiliness to do ANYTHING involved with sailing and sure enough someone way back then coined the phrase"god forbid if you own your own boat- should name her "Runamuk", reminds me of you!".. so I looked the word up and definition was "to rush wildly: lose control: to go quickly with no direction or destination " 20 years later I found my dream out in desert of Oregon, bought her for nothing two years ago, rebuilt her (including stock volvo penta engine)and been livin the dream every since. I found my no. inside the transom starboard side. It is on a piece of paper and glassed over, after 40 years it is pretty well yellowed and hard to see. My boat has inboard power and a lazarte to gain access to the inside of the transom. Do you have cockpit lockers? Maybe you can squeeze into one and have a peek.. You'll love this boat!
