Sailing Opportunities

Hello- I have moved from NJ to LA. I am looking for some racing/sailing opportunities in the LA area, particularly this weekend. I raced an O'Day Mariner at Riverton Yacht Club the last 4 years. www.rivertonyachtclub.org (19 feet, centerboard, no spinnaker). I have flown a spinnaker but on a very limited basis. I am 54, 6 feet tall and 250 lbs. I would like to get some keelboat experience, large or small. Willing to learn all. Thanks, Read

You can try posting on the Cal25 racing forum (Cal25.com) There are quite a few race boats in the area and they are usually looking for crew.
