I just received a note saying Francisco Rivero wants to be my Facebook friend. Here is what his site says: "I am a Cuban-American Lake County Deputy Sheriff preparing to campaign for Sheriff. I will bring accountability, professionalism and honesty to Lake County law enforcement. Join me in being "Smart on Crime." He probably wants money. But I am curious how he got my name.
