Farymann mounts for a Beta 20 (Cal 2-29)

Hello all, I'm looking at replacing the Farymann with a Beta 20 and I'm not sure if I should get the Farymann mounts with the new Beta or not. Here's why, my Farymann currently sits slightly offset to starboard. I don't know why someone installed it that way. The difference is maybe 2 to 3mm. Anyhow, its a very tight fit on the starboard side for the flywheel housing and if the mounts are not adjusted the engine actually makes contact with the engine stringers. At first I planned on ordering the beta with the mounts but now I'm thinking I should just get the stock mounts and start over with the ability to make sure the engine sits straight. Any thoughts?
