how to remove bulbs

I need to know how to take out the bulbs in the 4 lights in the main cabin of my '80 model 31 (built in late '79) (i.e., push and turn, unscrew, pull out, etc.). The fixtures have swiveling reflectors maybe 3.5" in diameter that are pretty much filled up by the bulb. Harleigh Ewell
