Guys,I spent the afternoon at Navy Pier working my club's booth. By the way, they had a ton of good seminars covering everything. All the top brands were there, with their big models. A Tartan 40. Who can afford that? A monster Beanatau? An Island Packet 40? And our season is 5 months at best. Anyway, it's a good reason to spend a day with boats in the middle of winter. Speaking of winter I'm going north to Minnesota next week for 5 days of xc skiing with a nice bunch of non-sailors. They complain about the snow condition instead of the wind! David Dobbs, Cal29 411
