Cal 2-29 and Cal 3-29 drawings

Greets: When I purchased BayBreeze, she came with a complete set of signed drawings for the 2-29 and 3-29 modifications. These were prepared by the late owner of Swiss Navy, Roger Jones. I would like to make these drawings available to all who would like a copy as this list has been so helpful and I cant think of a better way to preserve the tradition other then to distribute them. Here's the plan. I am going to have them scanned and then upload them to my travel website in a few weeks. Be forewarned the files will be huge and they are full size architectural design drawings. If I remember correctly its a set of six. They are currently in storage and not in my possession so will have to check. If anyone has any other suggestions, just let me know. Sending out scanned copies is an option of course but that creates a logistical and cost issue that will need to be addressed. No Kinko's or Staples in Rock Hall. Its about an hrs drive at present to the closet outlet. If you would like a hard copy please feel free to send an email to ch… [at] svbaybreeze.com Have a good weekend. -- /ch

Was wondering what people's preferred format is. I can do all image formats as well as PDF and PS. To keep it simple I would like to settle on a standard, so whatever the is considered best, will set it up accordingly. Run linux at this end, as well as windows, so all file format other then CAD are available. -- /ch

Chris, You should be able to find a copier/reprographic company that can scan and produce the PDF files in 24x36 as the original. Then anyone can print to size or reproduce in smaller versions as necessary. Most Kinkos or Office Max/depot can reprint from the PDf in full size if necessary. PDF is what most architects/Engineer use when creating read only files.
