I have the type shown in the ad that looks to hold about 3 gallons and it works great. It was left on the boat by the PO which makes it even better ;-). The thing to consider is to make sure it comes with enough hose as by the time you put that thing on a solid base, feed it over the engine and back down into the dipstick I need almost 5 feet of hose.
