Volvo Penta MD7A cooling fix, now fuel pump leak

Hello All, This is a follow-up to an earlier post about my travails with the cooling pipe on a VP MD7A. I have redesigned it and posted pictures on the group site in folder "MD7A Cooling Redesign" located at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Cal_Boats/photos/album/588117610/pic/list It appears so far to be far superior to the original design. But now I have a persistant fuel pump leak on th CAV fuel pump right under one of the injector ports. Both washer/gaskets look good & I have disassembled/reassembled several times but still have a tiny leak right under part #109 below. Any suggestions greatly apprecited. John, You may have done this already. Try replacing the copper washers on banjo fittings, the are meant to be one time use only. Bert Pesak
