Charlie,
Have you purchased lumber from there? My list criteria is that someone has
used the place and recommends their service and product personally. If this
place fits that criteria, I will add it to the web site.

Yes, Allen. They are my go-to place for various special wood pieces. Marine ply, Okumi ply, various teak pieces. I highly recommend them. It is cool to walk around their back room to see the things they have. Good folks. No financial interest. Just a user. I'm glad you are stressing integrity in your listings.
Cheers

Allen, this might be a good reference for your site.

I kind of like the "Where to get stuff" tab on my web site. http://l-36.com/stuff.php?menu=8 for finding sources of all kinds of things. Guess that is why I keep adding places people like to the page.
There are two lumber yards listed that have large pieces of teak, Public Lumber, and Mac Beath. It is something like $40 a board foot so I would guess your rail might be $5-$10 a foot. It seems to come in 4/4, 5/4, 6/4, and 8/4 so you can probably get a thickness where you will not waste a lot of wood.
