Ice Box/Refrigerator Drain....

All, Seem to have a draining issue, and thinking that it drains to the bilge and that it may be plugged, I have tried to send a wire down the drain but get stopped after about 16 inches. Next step is to blast it with an air hose. Before I do, does anyone know what the drain line does on the 39 Mark II?
