You might try Blue Pelican Marine (consignment shop). Last time I was
there they had a large selection (including many folding and feathering):

Subject: [Cal_Boats] Prop needed
Anyone have a 2 blade fixed 16x16 RH prop with an 1-1/4" shaft size they
want to sell ? Diameter needs to be 16 but I can deal with a different
pitch.
Charlie - do you know any sources in the Annapolis area where I might find
one? Black Dog Props in Stevensville doesn't carry them. Millers Island
in B'more wants almost $600 for new one so I was hoping to find a used one
that is close to those specs. I have a 3-blade but I don't want to use it
since we mostly race. I've not checked with Bacons yet but will.
I eventually want to get a Kiwi prop but not until I have a roller furler
to offset the PHRF hit. A 6 second hit for the Kiwi would drop me into the
A-Fleet where I'd have to race against sport boats and guys who drysail
their boats where I can't compete.
Thanks in advance.
