Thanks to all of you for your thoughts on this topic. I will probably build a jig out of wood as Jerry and Chuck suggest and use a drill bushing. I can make the jig to be a lot like the one Kirk and Chuck found on the web. Thanks again. You folks are always a great source of info. Regards, Wayne

sorry I missed this topic I was out of town but if you can centerpunch to mark the holes. Then go to local store that sells machine shop supplies and buy a center drill. Great for spoting the hole then you can go back and drill them.
