Still need help with my Atomic 4 ring gear issue Anybody

Hi, the starter on my atomic 4 stuck on the on position grinding one side of my ring gear, does anyone know if I can remove the ring gear by heating it up or another method, take it off and turn it around so that I end up with fresh teeth??? Thanks Pierre
