New Cal Owner

Hi, New owner of a Cal 29 here in Lake Champlain. Boat is in great shape, no beam problems etc. Only real issues are the cushions are a bit moldy and the wiring is messy (some of the electronics don't work). To do list include reupholster, rewire, new electronics and a new rig set up for the Jib. Right now it just has cleats next to the winch, hard to do one handed :) Looking forward to joining the discussion here...

My brother lives in Burlington where he used to have an old Bristol, but now has a small fleet of Force 5s and maybe even a Laser--whatever sort of vessels he finds for $50 in somebody's front yard. He's right on the Lake so it's easy to go sailing. Chris Campbell Cal 20 #1220 Prettiest boat in Traverse City, MI
