Whale watching today

A group of boats will be leaving Channel Islands after 1100 today in search of whales. This is the annual southerly migration of the California Grey whale, but was has been a treat lately is the presence of the Orcas feeding off our coast. Our trip will spread out from Oil Platfrom Gina and work our way to Platforn Gale and weather permitting towards Anacapa gap and home. This is very cool. As you may know, I have a series of three iGoogle gadgets for marine use. Tides, Marine forecast, and Airport weather. I had not thought to extend the airport weather internationally as I only was aware of the US stations. Thanks to this link, I just modified my gadget and it now works for all over the world (at least it works for Germany and Canada). I also included a link to the clickable map page. My tide gadget has over 2,000 users, the other gadgets have not caught on. Timmo, is there any similar site that gives the price of draft beer in bars in all those cities? By the way, cheapest drafts in Annapolis are at Davis Pub in Eastport. It is off the tourist track. No reduction in beer quality (or quantity).
