I used Jasco paint remover on a 70 foot mast. It took some time and I had to
sand. The chandlery sold and set of etch and alodine that is used afterwards
to prep for paint. I then put a zinc oxide primer and had the boat yard
spray LPU. Worked great and looked good 10 years later.
