Subject: Nicro Day/night vent
Hi Reggie,
If you remove the battery from the vent and while in the sunlight the vent should work. If not the item has a bad motor or Solar array. Currently we do not offer a repair service for the Vent. We are working on a Repair kit for the future.
We would love to hear from you! Please click here and take a moment to complete a brief survey about your most recent experience!

Subject: [Customer Service] Nicro Day/night vent
I own 4 Nicro Day/night vents, I believe all are 3000 series. they are all
4 inch. My first one has been runnung for years, even though cracked,
without so much as a change of battery.
I have one, however, which refuses to work. Last time I checked, it would
maintain the battery at full charge but won't run regardless of switch
operation. These vents are too expensive and nice to throw away. Where
can I send it to be repaired?
