Brisbane Marina, widest and probably the windiest part of SF Bay. $2844 a year for 36 ft slip double fingered.
I have been there since 1989. Those are the prices you pay if you come in now. Same as I pay.

Rod, those prices are per month, not per season. Season here is 12 months a year. So that is $2820 a season, but only because it's a double slip, and I've had in since 1997, or 14 years. If I moved out of my slip and moved back in I'd be paying around $4000 a season for half a double slip.

No waves or slop. There is only one entrance to the marina. Completely
calm with the exception of once every 5 years when it blows 60 knots with a
winter storm. There can be some wind in the slips typically between 3 and 5
in the afternoon. Most of the time we are sheltered by the mountain. It is
a really nice marina, just far from SF.
