Randy, I will crew on any boat that you are cook/provisioner for! Great story and what fun. But, as you are the Commodore of your club how did you manage to put that on hold and sail a long distance race? That's being really organized. That's what Vice Commodores are for. They run the club and while Commodores run board meetings., shake everyone's hands, go to all the meetings/parties and represent the club at other clubs functions. So far this year, I only had to tell one guest where the spare rolls of toilet paper were. Our clubs in SoCAL go all year long. We are dark for the Christmas/Hanukkah Holidays, then have a New Years party and were off to a new year. Anyway, we had sailmail if something was really pressing.
