FW: now where were we?
Ah, yes, Baltimore.
We managed to get a new AGM startin battery at West Marine, along with a wheeled cart in which to pull it ( and "provisions").
A stop at Radio Shack provided a replacement fan for the refrigerator system for $11. Both were installed Tuesday evening.
Wednesday morning found a versionbutyl tape at a local hardware store and replacement batches of an appropriate peat moss for the composting head at a seed store.
Then we went sight seeing. in the rain. Sure glad we added umbrellas to Submit!
A local museum about the Civil War in Baltimore and the Underground Railway for slaves.
The inner Harbor.
A hands on science museum.
Baltimore is a pretty neat town.
Lots of rain. The reason I'm awake at this odd hour is a serious thunder and lightning and rain storm.
And, yes Pete, we ate Bertha's Mussells. Delicious.
Tentative plan is to leave tomorrow and ooch a little south. Magothy River? Annapolis? Rhode River? Not sure yet. Weather will dictate. Maybe St, Michaels for the weekend.
