What are the chances somebody wants to go 50/50 on a cal39 mkIII moored in Miami

I have a cal 39 moored at crandom marina that needs some TLC. Mainly is to install the tops of the new stanchions, install the wires on thenpedestal, take the boat out for new ablative paint, change the diesel in the tank, and install a new liner in the cabin. I am traveling so much that i have little time to finish fixing these minor cosmetic things. If anybody is interested, please let me know.
