Mates, he passed away doing what he loved best. Better than wasting away in a nursing home, or in agony from Cancer, etc. But of course, it didn't need to happen, so we should know how it occurred as well as we can, and how to prevent it. Does falling off a mast top qualify for an FAA or NTSB investigation?
